EMDR Intensives

Welcome! As an Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist, I am dedicated to providing specially tailored care for my clients. After a thorough intake and assessment, I will design a specific EMDR intensive program to meet your unique needs. With standard outpatient one time a week EMDR work, clients may be working for months before starting to observe symptom reduction in the areas of the EMDR treatment focus. The beauty of an EMDR intensive is that the timeline can be shifted to provide symptom reduction and results in a matter of days instead of months. Together, we can work towards healing and transformation in a supportive environment at a faster pace than traditional outpatient EMDR work.
